A complete and detailed 'state of the union' regarding all things organic in the EU: legal, economic, prospects. We designed and layouted this 212-page book in English and German.
IFOAM EU is the European umbrella organisation for organic food and farming. The association fights for the adoption of ecologically, socially and economically sound systems based on the principles of organic agriculture – health, ecology, fairness and care.
