Finance4EPSR is a EU-financed project by SGI Europe, HOSPEEM and HEAG. The project offers online tools for services of general interest to assess their contributions to society in ways that are meaningful for both service delivery and investment. Pretty technical indeed, but with a colourful and friendly identity , Hearts&Minds created the link with the ulttimate topic of the project: citizens of Europe!
