IPES FOOD and BIOVISION Money Flows Report

This landmark report investigates what is holding back investment in agroecological research for Africa and what can be done about it. Hearts&Minds conceptualized graphs and infographics and designed the report from A to Z. A joint publication of IPES Food (Brussels), Biovision Foundation (Switzerland) and the Institute of Development Studies (UK).

Established in 2015, the International Panel of Experts on Sustainable Food Systems (IPES-Food) works to shape debates on food system reform through policy-oriented research and direct engagement with policy processes around the world. The panel brings together environmental scientists, development economists, nutritionists, agronomists, and sociologists, as well as experienced practitioners from civil society and social movements.

Biovision Foundation combats hunger and poverty, and is committed to the dissemination and application of ecological methods that sustainably improve living conditions in Africa whilst also conserving the environment. In 2012, Biovision became the first Swiss Foundation to be granted General Consultative Status at ECOSOC of the United Nations.
